The Federal Reserve is a mysterious entity with a misleading name. Many people believe it is a branch of government but few understand it’s a private entity that’s neither federal nor has any reserves.

In this fantastic video uploaded to Youtube, Taylor from Pulse Gains, breaks down the history of the federal reserve and how the system is working against us.

The video begins with a clip from Alan Greenspan where he explains the federal reserve has no oversight, meaning no government entity can overturn any of its decisions. This is a really crazy idea if you really think about it. As American’s there is no recourse against the fed’s policies, especially its endless money printing.

Inflation is the price we pay for the fraud of money printing. And this means our time is being stolen from us. The less our money is worth the more we must work for the same quality of life. This is theft and fraud and unacceptable.

Truly an amazing video, I hope you enjoy!

Will Bitcoin overtake gold? J.P. Morgan Chase doesn’t think so.

Analysts at JP Morgan are reporting large institutional investors are leaving bitcoin in favor of gold. Despite Bitcoin reaching above $64,000 last month, the $30,000 lows in this bear market are making investors uneasy.

J.P. Morgan said the cryptocurrency’s futures now show the first biggest drop since the bull market began last year.

“The bitcoin flow picture continues to deteriorate and is pointing to continued retrenchment by institutional investors,” the report said. “Over the past month, bitcoin futures markets experienced their steepest and most sustained liquidation since the bitcoin ascent started last October.”

The leading cryptocurrency has been known as digital gold, which has aided the coin’s growth and confidence among investors. J.P. Morgan analysts previously predicted that BTC would hit $140,000 over the long-term, noting it would be a “multi-year process.”

“This $140k price should be thought of as a long-term theoretical target assuming a convergence of Bitcoin volatility to that of gold and an equalization of bitcoin allocations to that of gold in investor portfolios.”

However, with Bitcoin’s extreme volatility, fair market value according to J.P. Morgan would be a quarter of the $140,000 prediction, ringing in today at $35,000. In a single day, Bitcoin crashed from above $43,000 to under $31,000.

Bitcoin is very speculative at the moment and hard to compare to gold’s reigning history as the staple world currency for centuries. While Bitcoin crashed, gold saw a 6% increase during the past month.

Meanwhile, China is warning the industry to steer clear of digital currencies altogether and buying up gold by the tonnes.

“Financial institutions, payment institutions and other member units must earnestly strengthen their social responsibilities. They must not use virtual currency to price products and services, underwrite insurance businesses related to virtual currencies or include virtual currencies in the scope of insurance liability, and must not directly or indirectly provide customers with other services,” came the warning issued by China Banking Association, the National Internet Financial Association of China, and the Payment and Clearing Association of China.

Communist China is nothing to compare ourselves to, but even they understand the strength of gold and instability of speculative cryptocurrencies.

Industry experts and financial institutions alike know when inflation hits, gold will skyrocket. Jim Rickards predicts a $15,000 gold in the near future, with others predicting a $10,000+ valuation. Market manipulation and minting companies inability to fulfill their orders point to a clear $10,000 price without the volatility of bitcoin.

There’s no time to waste. Countries like ours will see inflation slowly… and then all at once.

In Sergey Lavrov’s recent interview with the Chinese media, the Russian Foreign Minister said abandoning payments in US dollars will help alleviate risk of sanctions.

“We need to reduce sanctions risks by strengthening our technological independence, by switching to payments in national currencies and in world currencies, alternative to the dollar. We need to move away from the use of Western-controlled international payment systems,” Lavrov said in an interview with Chinese media.

Diplomacy

Lavrov believes the US is attempting to limit technological development of China and Russia, so they are moving to strengthen their independence.

“They are promoting their ideologised agenda aimed at maintaining their dominance by holding back the development of other countries. This policy runs counter to the objective trend and, as it was customary to say, is ‘on the wrong side of history.’ The historical process will still take its toll,” Lavrov said.

Instead of using diplomacy the, Lavrov states the US resorts to placing sanctions on foreign countries.

“Diplomacy is relations between people, it is the ability to listen to each other and hear each other and the ability to find a balance of interests. That’s exactly the values that the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China are promoting in diplomacy,” Lavrov said.

Coalition Against the West

To counteract what he sees as unilateral sanctions, Lavrov aims to create a coalition of countries to withstand the sanctions and create financial and technological independence from the West.

“You see how the US declares its task to limit the opportunities for technological development of both the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. Therefore, we need to reduce the sanctions risks by strengthening our technological independence, by switching to settlements in national currencies and in world currencies that are alternative to the dollar. We need to move away from the use of Western-controlled international payment systems,” Lavrov said.

He emphasized ultimatums and expectations for a partner state to “accept mistakes” and agree to one-sided terms, is not diplomacy.

“This approach [sanctions instead of diplomacy] has, unfortunately, taken root in the US. It started with the administration of Barack Obama, continued for four years when Donald Trump was at the helm of the White House. Now we are seeing the same ‘instincts’ demonstrated by the new US administration,” the minister explained.

European Businesses Suffering

Lavrov makes it clear he does not see the sanctions as beneficial to any party. It benefits no one, he says, and points to losses the EU businesses have suffered due to anti-Russia sanctions.

“You hear how European business expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that it is incurring losses, and meanwhile its niche in the Russian market is being occupied by other countries that are guided by their national interests, the interests of developing their economy, supporting business, and not by the logic of punishing someone for something,” Lavrov said.

Russia is the first country to openly speak out about forming alliances against the US and the dollar, and in allegiance with China. Whether this happens or not, it seems Lavrov and other Russian officials are working to end their dependence on the west and the US dollar.

What’s Next?

Last week, the US State Department announced new sanctions against Russia over alleged poisoning of Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny.

Kremiln spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia is “on the alert” because of “underground and unpredictable” US actions.

“We can’t rule out any of the potential threats. You can see that the sanctions aspirations of our opponents, especially the United States of America, continue on an increasing scale,” he said.

Countries across the world are fed up with the US and with Biden in office, these sentiments will only be exacerbated.
